I normally don’t waste my time writing reviews unless a service is amazing or harmful but I think it’s important for future clients to know this. I am naïve in some cases, in that I think good reviews mean good people and I hope this helps others like me.Each time Four Seasons sprayed a property of mine I would get hives all over my body within 24 hours and only slightly less each day after. I thought they were bug bites that were just contaminated by their spray and lost sleep for weeks until I finally went to the doctor. I asked Four Seasons for the ingredients of their product just in case I had to go to the emergency room (the hives were that bad) and they ignored the question and said that the doctor will just claim it was their product if I tell the doctor of their spray. After coming to the conclusion that it was their product based upon the date/time stamps on 30 different pictures of my hives Four Seasons still did everything they could to claim it was anything but their product. I used some bed bug powder almost a week prior to their service and not once did I get hives and it was nowhere near where it could contact my skin.I would not have seen their true colors if I had not forgotten to pay their final bill of $165. When I received this bill in the mail from them I explained what had occurred. They were unconcerned at all about the damage that their spray had caused me. I was worried that this could happen to a guest at my Airbnb. To be careful I have to replace 8 beds, 2 recliners, a couch and a love seat. At first I asked them how to remove their product and instead of telling me how, they continued to blame everything but their product.They may claim that the above is not true or that their product has never caused any issues (their MO) and that is why this review is important. They fought me tooth and nail trying to claim it was something other than their product when each time they sprayed the hives were at their peak and I showed them pictures to prove it. They blamed my laundry detergent, other pesticides, and anything else they can think of. Remember that if you end up at the hospital or clinic. Hopefully this helps others in case they experience the same issues. Worst part about it is that not once did we find a single bed bug. This will be one of my biggest financial losses ever, not to mention if I had a normal 9 to 5 job I would have lost that too. I hope this helps so that others do not experience the same.When your older like me and time is more important than money, there is no point in going after a settlement that will never get paid. Its best to just report the issue with the Kentucky department of agriculture.
