We will discreetly come and treat the structure on the inside for bedbugs right away and offer follow-up visits for several treatments to offer a guarantee and warranty.
Platinum Pest Prevention Plan
Looking for some warranty against bedbugs? When it comes to Airbnb pest control, no one can really guarantee you’ll never have bedbugs. But with our PPP Plan, we can certainly guarantee that if you do get bed bugs, they will be covered at an amazingly affordable price under this plan. Platinum Pest Prevention was designed by our president, Matthew Hess, as an add-on service after the A.C.T Bedbug Plan is completed. This has allowed us to offer bedbug warranty services extending out for 12 months and longer. With this plan, no matter when you get bedbugs, you are automatically covered. Just send a time stamped picture or video of the pest (your guest should provide this if they report a problem) and we will schedule treatment under the extended warranty. It’s so easy, anyone can do it with our Platinum Pest Prevention Plan!
Silver Standard Service
If roaches are your main concern, the Silver Standard Service is your go-to plan. Designed much like the Platinum Pest Prevention Plan but covering roaches instead of bedbugs. German roaches are the main concern for many hospitality facilities.
AIP Plan
AIP (All Inclusive Pest Plan) is an amazing plan, but it’s not for the parsimonious person. This plan covers insects, mice and rats. Any structural insect pest, Norway rats, deer mice and house mice. It can also be tailored to cover lawn pests and a few species of structure-infesting wildlife. Termites, spiders, fleas, flies, mosquitoes, wasps, bees, and many other pests are all included. This plan comes with a premium but that’s to be expected from an all-inclusive plan (Must call for details).
Rodent Control
Rodents are notorious for infesting buildings where activity is minimal. Sometimes, that includes your Airbnb. Mice reproduce at alarming rates, making even a tiny infestation capable of turning into something much larger. Both the rodents themselves and the parasites and diseases and dangers they bring with them, are detrimental to the health and safety of guests. With our comprehensive rodent programs and exclusion plans, we can make sure you don’t have to deal with these pests with our very effective rodent programs!
Termite Control
Termites may do thousands of dollars in damages to single structures all the time. But did you ever think about the negative reviews that can stem from a termite swarm while a guest is present? Thousands of tiny winged termite swarmers can emerge from their underground colony and pour into the structure like a running water faucet. It can make an otherwise great day into a miserable one. While there are signs to help you identify termites in a structure, it’s best to prevent them altogether so you and your guests never have to deal with it!
