Four Seasons Pest Solutions boasts a proud heritage as a family-owned and operated business. Under the leadership of Matthew and Angela Hess since 2008, our company has built upon a foundation of trust, reliability, and customer satisfaction. With a growing customer base and expanded territories, Four Seasons continues to offer exceptional service backed by our extensive knowledge and experience.
The Beginning of Our Story
Matthew has been in the pest control industry since 1999. Following a few mergers, he ended up at Four Seasons, where he has been instrumental in its growth since its inception.
Crossing the Sea of Change
Over time, the industry has undergone significant changes, but Four Seasons has consistently adapted and excelled under the guidance of an expert. From the introduction of Cockroach Gel Baits and non-repellent termiticides, to the early 2000’s emergence of Bed Bugs and even the anticipated 2022 outbreak of imported fire ants in eastern Kentucky, Hess has witnessed industry changes that have reshaped modern pest control.
Law and Order
Over time, laws, regulations, and personal preferences have evolved. Four Seasons Pest Solutions has played an important role in the pest control industry by providing high-quality training and education certified by the state. The company also offers its South KY PCO School, where pest control professionals can earn mandatory state certification credits in Kentucky and Tennessee. Hess has played a vital role in organizing and teaching within the course.
Numbering the Programs
One of owner Hess’s top priorities is researching and developing key products to cater to our customer base. As a result, we have created several programs like the Platinum Pest Prevention Plan, A.C.T. Bed Bug Plan, AIP Plan, Silver Standard Plan, and others in collaboration with Hess. Unlike other pest control companies that simply spray for bugs, Four Seasons provides a unique plan for each customer.
“We don’t like just showing up and spraying a little here and a little there. Our goal is to help people live pest-free lives while maintaining balance within the environment.” Hess says. “That means we can’t just wing it. We have to visit every account with a plan and purpose. That’s why developing and implementing these plans is so incredibly important to our company.”
