This is a very professional group of technicians. They have eliminated all pests for my home and I haven't seen another sign since. They are respectful to you and your home. The best thing about them is that they do not over charge. The Technicians have reasonable prices and for a better job than the big company chains. Treated entire home for termites which involved drilling concrete and digging of dirt around foundation to apply treatment, every aspect of the job was neatly finished and cleaned up. First off I called Mike yesterday and he was able to come inspect my home today. He was very prompt!!

Secondly, he walked the entire house inside and out and explained everything to me. I never expected him to get into my crawl space but sure enough he suited up and shimmied his way right in and stayed down there until he worked his way all through the bottom. He took pictures along the way to back his claims.

I am very very happy with his outcome. In the end he has saved me sooo much money.

Very knowledgeable and professional guys. Brian was very kind, professional and took the time to explain the process and pros and cons of multiple treatment options for eradicating my powder post beetle problem I had in my barn and were very considerate of my animals. He even helped me catch a sheep that escaped on me! LOL I had no idea these beetles were almost as destructive as termites! I am 100% confident they took care of the problem though. Had a serious issue with overbilling, went on for months on autodraft and wasn't informed. No refund offered. If you are a business owner stay away!

Of course, there is always room for error and we will gladly correct any errors if indeed they exist. I get a call in 2026 about a bill that supposedly went unpaid in 2024. I wrote a check for the service that day and sent the check back with the technician. This absolutely disgusting, atrocious company is calling me TWO YEARS later saying that i owe them more money with no proof of additional services while i have a cashed check payment that was made on the day of service. I am disgusted by these people, extorting money from a customer 2 years later or threatening to send to collections. They should be ashamed of themselves. What an embarrassing and absurd interaction. Since then, our collection team has sent out a bill every month and have called on multiple occasions to collect the debt. Until today, we had not received any response. Yes, two years later we were finally able to make contact. But what about the 24 invoices you received that should have prompted your attention long ago? It's unfortunate to receive a one-star review for a service that obviously worked, simply because you didn't pay your entire bill and we proceeded to collect the remainder. However, we take pride in our work and expect to be paid in full. You threatened to contact your attorney over the matter and we advise you to do so. We would love to speak to your attorney about the unpaid debt. You have our number, forward it on and we'll be expecting their call!

Four of our experienced team members conducted a thorough evaluation, documenting multiple entry points for potential pests, and we recommended a robust exclusion program to eliminate the problem. Without question, our team was clear in our explanation that you needed more than a pest control program.

Subsequently, our team engaged with you on a recorded line to provide a detailed rationale for our recommendations and, at that time, provided you with a quote for the exclusion and a projected timeline for implementation. We explicitly communicated that your metal roof and roof ridge lacked proper closures, creating unimpeded access for various pests to infiltrate the attic. Additionally, we observed that the tongue-and-groove ceiling on the upper level wasn't properly sealed, resulting in substantial gaps leading directly to the attic. Furthermore, we located several deficiencies in the home and made recommendations for repairs. These structural deficiencies facilitate direct access for pests to enter your home, the equivalent of leaving a door cracked open.

During both the inspection and our follow-up discussions, we emphasized that while we could initiate the pest control treatments you requested, these interventions would serve merely as temporary measures without the implementation of the recommended exclusion. It was unequivocally stated to you that such exclusion was critical for preventing infestations by a variety of pests, including the pests you were concerned about.

Our observations were made with the understanding of your property’s context, including its location in a wooded area, extended periods of vacancy, and multitude of pest entry-points, which, collectively, form the “perfect storm” for pest entry, necessitating the exclusion approach we recommended to effectively mitigate said pest problems.

It is indeed disheartening to receive a one-star review for a situation we diligently elucidated from the outset. Our objective was to provide you with the most effective solution, and we warned that the preventative maintenance approach alone would be insufficient in resolving the underlying issues. You were made aware that only limited relief would be achieved with this program, a fact that is documented in our verbal and written communications.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to helping you attain a pest-free environment. Should you wish to revisit our recommendation, we stand ready to assist you in eliminating your pest problem. We want to clarify that the decision to pursue a pest control plan without an exclusion was something we advised against and was made at your discretion, against our recommendations.

While we appreciate your timely payments and value you as a customer, we believe it is important for the public to understand that this one-star review reflects your choice rather than any shortcomings in our ability to address the issue.

Our goal is to provide effective solutions, but we are happy to offer temporary measures when needed, or, as in this case, requested by the customer. However, it's essential to recognize that when a customer opts for a band-aid solution instead of a real fix, they can't rightly attribute the poor resulting outcome to our professional services, as you have.

Never returned my call

They did not do the job. Paid them to spray a property and there are still insects! They literally came and spray for 5 minutes. Do not recommend. I’m finding more and more roaches!

Response from the owner:Our records indicate that your service contract was unfinished. We made multiple attempts to schedule the remaining services and did not receive an answer or a callback to schedule. Furthermore, when we could not make contact via phone, we sent our technician out three times to visit you at your home where he viewed multiple vehicles in the drive, and got no answer at the door.

Our warranty guarantees 100% elimination so long as you complete the prescribed treatments. Additionally, our GPS records and the signed work orders indicate that our technician was there for a sufficient amount of time to complete each treatment that was performed.
