Welcome to Fly Central! For all of time, flies have been a central pest to humans. No matter your walk of life or where you live in the world, flies are a pest to everyone. Not only are they a menace, but they also spread illness and disease. That’s why fly control in commercial accounts is so important, especially in the food industry.

Our IISSMR Fly Control Program consists of several aspects which make it very successful: Inspection, Identification, Sanitation, Structural modification, Mechanical control and Residual control. Each of these aspects works hand in hand with the others to ensure a successful and complete fly management program.
Once our staff have inspected the property, and identified the pest, we will begin making suggestions and modifications regarding sanitation. Without proper sanitation, fly control programs will not be successful. Once sanitation has been addressed, structural modifications can be implemented. This can include door sweeps, sealant, screening and other methods of exclusion. Depending on each unique scenario, mechanical control via fly lights and/or air curtains may be necessary as well. Finally, residual control measures can be taken to help thin populations and further prevent infestation. That’s our IISSMR Fly Control Program in a nutshell.
