I'm the NEW manager of the Dixie Plaza Hotel in Tazewell TN and we just hired these guys to exterminate the hotel for us and they did an excellent job. He was on the property for about 3 hours and was very thorough and patient. He took his time and made sure everything was done in each room, the office, the laundry room and the storage areas and we were VERY PLEASED with his work and look forward to our 12 month contract with them.

The technician arrived on time after sending a text with time period he’d be there. Was very friendly, nice, and informative. He did the job without any disturbances. He said to let the company know if we didn’t see any difference in a couple weeks. This was the initial treatment and it was a bad infestation. It’s hard to tell if it’s helped any so far since it was so bad. The home will be treated once a month for 6 months and I am convinced that the job will be completed and done well by Four Seasons.

Our exterminator, Kobe Butcher, was/is sooo amazing and knowledgeable! His work is impressive. His behavior is polite, approachable, and friendly. He sprayed the exterior of our tiny house (for carpenter bees) and he left nothing unsprayed on all four sides. He also removed wasp' nests. The only down side is that my hubby and I both forgot to tip him for his great work! ... so we need to know how we can send a tip, please! He is so deserving! The FSPS in-office employees are great, very accommodating! -Lyn

This is a very professional group of technicians. They have eliminated all pests for my home and I haven't seen another sign since. They are respectful to you and your home. The best thing about them is that they do not over charge. The Technicians have reasonable prices and for a better job than the big company chains. Secondly, he walked the entire house inside and out and explained everything to me. I never expected him to get into my crawl space but sure enough he suited up and shimmied his way right in and stayed down there until he worked his way all through the bottom. He took pictures along the way to back his claims.

I am very very happy with his outcome. In the end he has saved me sooo much money.

Response from the owner:Hi Alex, As we also told your brother, Kevin: Since you and your brother live in an apartment complex and we work for your landlord and not for you guys, we are bound by the constraints your landlord sets upon us. As you were not prepared for the treatment and refused to allow us to treat the entire apartment, we had no choice but to contact your landlord with this information. Unfortunately, we still had to charge our minimum fee, which, depending on the facility's lease agreement, you may, in turn, incur. Further, the rules in place when you signed your lease agreement are set by the facility's management in order to protect other residents from such pests which can be easily spread in situations where refusal or ill preparedness to treat occur. Case in point, this very scenario! The bottom line is simple; we arrived to do the job set before us, which was a full apartment cleanout for your particular pest. You had a full SEVEN days to prepare and yet neglected to do so. We were there to help you both and you refused that help. We are not your enemy but an ally, determined to make life as pest free as possible... especially when dealing with the particular blood-thirsty pests you and your brother have. Posting such negative feedback gives us the uneasy feeling that you have no desire to help yourselves even when someone else is paying for it. However, as per our agreement with the facility's management, we will be returning to provide said treatment for which you will be notified if you have not been already. Hopefully, you will have had a change of heart by that time and will see the value in being afforded a service beyond your financial reach at absolutely no expense to you! At that date, unpreparedness or refusal will be turned over to the facility's manager as a violation of lease agreement. I implore you to be prepared for treatment and let us and your facility's management, help you with these most undesirable pests while simultaneously preserving your lease agreement. You need to understand that we are here to help you. It is vital to your housing accommodations that you see this. We would appreciate a fair assessment of our actual services rather than an angry 1 star review based upon the rules we are set to follow at this facility. However, if you are unwilling to give that fair and balanced review, it will not prevent us from doing our absolute best to eliminate these pests just the same while hopefully preserving your housing accommodations. This facility is a no-nonsense facility. Again, we are here to help and you need this particular help immensely.

I got a phone call today saying my card didn't go through for services that I did not agree to. I paid in full for a 1 time service for termites and did not give permission for any other payments. I explained to the person on the phone that I do not want any other services and that I can not afford any other payments. So he transferred me to another person who was very rude to me and tried to bully and threaten me into paying in full if I wasn't going to make the monthly payments who also threatened me with a lean on my house if I didn't pay because a box was checked in my contract saying I wanted the service. But this isn't even my house I don't own the house. I didn't check the box and had no idea the service existed. I will not ever be using this company again and will share my story with everyone I know to make sure they don't either. Then I got an email today saying they came out and did a service at the house today. I didn't want anymore services from them and told them on the phone today that I didn't. I didn't know they were coming and would have told them not to do anymore services if I had been home. Nobody informed me of any further service. The day I got the termite treatment, it was pouring the rain and I was leaving when the man came to treat the house. I signed the paper he had not being informed of any service other than what I had paid for and I left. When I came home I realized he had placed the bait boxes in the direct line of water falling off the house. I signed online when I paid the bill for the termite treatment but was not informed of any other treatment.

During our communication regarding your declined payment, our team endeavored to inform you that this payment was part of your acceptance of an ongoing service, as documented in the agreement you signed. The terms of this contract, outlined above your signature, convey the specifics of the installation fee, down payment, balance due at installation, and total financial obligations over the subsequent thirty-six months. Understand that failure to review such terms does not obviate your responsibility to adhere to them. In your review, you mention, “I signed the paper.” While it appears you may have executed this document in haste, I emphasize that our team exercised no coercion in this process. Effective safeguarding against termites relies heavily on proper monitoring practices, as dictated by the manufacturer’s guidelines, which our company is obligated to follow. It is disheartening to see your investment rendered ineffective due to a misunderstanding of these protocols. The service agreement you signed delineates the scope of recurring monitoring that you agreed to over the three-year term. You cannot justifiably recast this situation to portray our company unfavorably; when one requests a service, duly signs an agreement, and subsequently attempts to withdraw after the initiation of said service, it is the individual who is in breach of the agreement, not the service provider. We have honored your request to discontinue service and have dispatched a technician to extract the Sentricon Baiting System in compliance with the terms specified in your signed service agreement. The contract explicitly states, “These stations SHALL remain the sole property of Four Seasons, and upon cancellation of the contract by either party, Four Seasons shall reserve the right to remove the stations regardless of any trespassing laws or customer prohibitions.” Your home is no longer protected from termites, and there shall be no further payments required. Four of our experienced team members conducted a thorough evaluation, documenting multiple entry points for potential pests, and we recommended a robust exclusion program to eliminate the problem. Without question, our team was clear in our explanation that you needed more than a pest control program. Subsequently, our team engaged with you on a recorded line to provide a detailed rationale for our recommendations and, at that time, provided you with a quote for the exclusion and a projected timeline for implementation. We explicitly communicated that your metal roof and roof ridge lacked proper closures, creating unimpeded access for various pests to infiltrate the attic. Additionally, we observed that the tongue-and-groove ceiling on the upper level wasn't properly sealed, resulting in substantial gaps leading directly to the attic. Furthermore, we located several deficiencies in the home and made recommendations for repairs. If there were underlying reasons for the tardiness, a simple phone call would have sufficed. Pealing out in our parking lot and leaving negative reviews for his own mistake, has nothing to do with our company. In the future, encourage him to be timely for interviews. We wish you both the best. Unfortunately, he was not going to make the cut as part of our wonderful team.

They did not do the job. Paid them to spray a property and there are still insects! They literally came and spray for 5 minutes. Do not recommend. I’m finding more and more roaches!

We made multiple attempts to schedule the remaining services and did not receive an answer or a callback to schedule. Furthermore, when we could not make contact via phone, we sent our technician out three times to visit you at your home where he viewed multiple vehicles in the drive, and got no answer at the door. Our warranty guarantees 100% elimination so long as you complete the prescribed treatments. Additionally, our GPS records and the signed work orders indicate that our technician was there for a sufficient amount of time to complete each treatment that was performed.
