Matthew has been in the pest control industry for 26 years as of 2025. Since then, he has purchased three pest control companies and together, they comprise the area's largest, privately-owned and family operated pest control company.

Besides his wealth of knowledge in the industry, Matthew has studied entomology on a personal level for over 20 years as well. This knowledge has allowed him to not only compose informational blogs and vlogs, but to develop and implement pest and termite control plans that prove effective. With knowledge comes power, and with power comes responsibility. Hess is also devoted to safeguarding the environment for future generations while positioning his companies to provide a pest-free quality of life.
